
Tieisha M. Tift is the Assistant Director for College Preparation Initiatives. She spent two years as a college adviser in a high school in Providence, RI through the College Advising Corps before working as an Assistant Dean of Admissions at Pomona College in Claremont, CA. She graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Urban Studies and a special concentration in Education and holds a master's in Organizational Development and Leadership.
Tieisha oversees the budget, recruitment, admissions, and college advising processes for the program and supervises the summer interns in coordinating and running the summer program. Tieisha is an alum of the Princeton University Preparatory Program (PUPP), PSJP's sister program within College Preparation Initiatives in the Emma Bloomberg Center, and divides her time between both programs. Tieisha is pronounced like “Ty-E-sha.”
