At Columbia, Amanda has written for the Columbia Daily Spectator as a Deputy Editor for the University News Department, has worked with local educational nonprofits like Latinas On the Verge of Excellence and The Achievement Initiative, and currently serves as one of the Events Directors for The Uplift Fellowship, where she focuses on advising high school students during their college application process.
