Directors are an integral part of the PSJP team. Throughout the year, they lend their guidance and wisdom and call upon their colleagues in support of the program. They play a critical role in selecting the class each year by reading applications and conducting interviews. Many of them also join the students on campus as counselors, help coordinate workshops or events in the summer time, and/or counsel students through the admissions process during their senior year.
