FEEL GOOD HIT OF THE SUMMER ... “Every year, the students do a group investigative project. This year, the 37 students documented rampant violation of a key New York City environmental law. The law makes it illegal for cars to idle for more than three minutes, but it’s not well enforced. The students fanned out in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and, over the course of just a few hours, found more than 100 instances of drivers violating the law.” ... Read more.
